for your every whim. Here goes:
1.
Whole Wheat Coffee
Pancakes with Chocolate Chips
Ingredients:
1
cup white whole wheat flour
1
teaspoon baking powder
1/4
teaspoon baking soda
1/4
teaspoon salt
1
cup buttermilk
2
tablespoon honey or sugar
1
egg
2
tablespoons melted butter
1
Caffè di Artisan coffee pod
1/4
teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2
cup chocolate chips (mini chocolate chips are ideal)
1/2
cup sliced almonds (optional)
Directions:
In
a cup, combine the wet ingredients (Buttermilk, honey, egg, melted butter,
coffee, and vanilla extract).
In
another bowl, whisk the dry ingredients (Flour, baking powder, baking soda, and
salt).
Add
the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix it well. Let it rest for 20
minutes.
Heat
a skillet over medium-low heat and brush with oil.
Pour
about 1/4 of batter onto the hot pan and with a laddle, flatten slightly.
Once
the top of the pancake starts developing holes and no longer looks wet, flip it
aside. Let it cook for few seconds and then it is ready to serve.
To
serve, top with your favourite syrup and garnish with fresh fruits and nuts.

Strawberry Banana Coffee
Smoothie
Ingredients:

cup cold milk

frozen strawberries

frozen banana
Directions:
Blend
all the ingredients until frothy.
Sweeten
with honey if needed. Pour into a serving glass.

Spinach Kiwi Green
Coffee Smoothie
Ingredients:

cup milk
1/2
cup organic baby spinach
1/2
cup mango
1
ripe kiwi
1/4
cup rolled oats
Directions:
Blend
all the ingredients until smooth.
Sweeten
with honey, maple syrup or few more pieces of mango if needed. Pour into a
serving glass.

Mocha Overnight Oats
Ingredients:

or 2 Caffè di Artisan Luxury Coffee Pods

cup milk of your choice
3/4
cup rolled oats

tablespoons cocoa powder
2
tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Directions:
Add
all the ingredients to a jar or a bowl with a tight-fitting lid. Mix well,
cover, and refrigerate.
Enjoy
with your favourite fruits or berries.
Notes: Sweeten
with more honey or maple syrup if needed.

Almond and Coffee Energy
Bites
Ingredients:
1
or 2 Caffè di Artisan luxury coffee pods
1/2
cup almonds
1/2
cup almond butter
8
dates, pitted
Pinch
of salt
Directions:
Add
almonds to a food processor and process till coarsely ground. To that add
almond butter, coffee, dates, and a pinch of salt and process until everything
comes together. When you form a ball, it should be able to hold the shape.
Divide
and roll into ten balls.
Store
the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Peanut Butter Espresso
Smoothie
Ingredients:

frozen banana
1/2
cup milk
1
Caffè di Artisan coffee pod
3
tablespoons peanut butter Honey or maple syrup to taste
Directions:
Blend
all the ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust more honey or maple syrup
and blend again. Pour into a serving glass.
Notes: To
freeze the bananas, peel and cut into chunks.
7.
Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
Ingredients:
1
frozen banana
1/2
cup milk
1/2
cup rolled oats
1/2
cup ice
1
Caffè di Artisan coffee pod
2
tablespoons yogurt
Honey
or maple syrup to taste
Directions:
Choose the Caffè di Artisan variants you would like for the
smoothie.
Add a frozen banana, half a cup of milk, half a cup of ice, maple syrup,
2 tablespoons yogurt, and 1 Caffè di Artisan liquid luxury coffee pod
Tip: For best results, peel and cut
banana into chunks before freezing
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Taste for sweetness and add more
maple syrup as required and blend again.
Tip: instead of maple syrup you can use
sugar or homemade sugar syrup
Pour into a serving glass.

Chocolate Chia Coffee
Smoothie
Ingredients:

cup almond milk

Caffè di Artisan coffee pod

frozen banana

tablespoons chia seeds

tablespoon cocoa powder
Honey
or maple syrup to taste
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Taste and adjust more honey or
maple syrup and blend again.
Pour into a serving glass.
Notes: To freeze the bananas, peel and cut
into chunks.
9.
Coffee Granola
Ingredients:
1
or 2 Caffè di Artisan luxury coffee pods
2
tablespoons olive oil
3
tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1
and 1/2 cup rolled oats
1
teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4
cup sliced almonds
1/2
cup good quality chocolate chips or chunks.
Directions:
Preheat
the oven to 325 Degrees Fahrenheit/160 Degrees Celsius.
Add
coffee, olive oil, honey to a bowl and mix well.
Now
add the rolled oats and vanilla and combine well to moisten the oats.
Spread
on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake
for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Take
it out of the oven and let it cool.
Once
cooled, transfer into an airtight jar and mix in almonds and chocolate chips.
Sprinkle
on yogurt or have it with milk.
10.
Protein-packed Coffee
Smoothie
Ingredients:

or 2 Caffè di Artisan luxury coffee pods

cup almond milk

frozen banana

cup protein powder
2
tablespoons chia seeds
1/2
teaspoon cinnamon powder
Directions:
Blend
all the ingredients until smooth.
Sweeten
with honey or maple syrup if needed.

into a serving glass.
11.
Almond and Coconut Milk
Popsicles With Honey
Ingredients:
400
ml thick coconut milk
1
cup almonds, blanched
1
Caffè di Artisan coffee pod
1/4
cup + 2 tablespoon honey or to taste
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Directions:
Soak
blanched almonds in 2 cups of hot water for 30 minutes. Rinse and blend it with
1 cup of freshwater to make a fine paste.
Add
coconut milk to a bowl and add the almond paste.
Add
coffee and honey and mix well. Taste and adjust coffee and sweetness as needed.
Pour
into Popsicle moulds and place in the freezer until frozen, about 4-6 hours.
